Cleaning Instructions

Always check the care label on the garment and follow the advice.

To maintain your wool & cashmere:

• If your wool or cashmere is machine washable it will be stated on the products label. Wash cashmere regularly to keep soft.
• Select the wool/silk programme on your machine, with a cool setting and with a very gentle spin (300rpm maximum or no spin).
• We recommend washing inside out or in a pillowcase to prevent snagging, using a wool shampoo and no softener.

For dry clean only garments, take your pieces to a reputable dry cleaner to help keep their shape.

Care and Eco Hanks

Care: Always dry wool and cashmere flat and away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain its shape and reduce creases. Never use a tumble dryer. Iron on reverse at a low temperature for best results. Remove lint by hand, using a cashmere comb, or an anti-lint razor. Wool/cashmere knits should be folded flat, and ideally be placed in a breathable canvas cover for additional protection against dust and moths.

Eco Hanks: To keep fresh over time, spray with a cashmere spray before storing. To freshen without washing, hang your garment outdoors or in a steamy bathroom.
